At Coatology, we work to ensure that your order is prepared and delivered with the quality and care you expect.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders that include custom name or logo printing are typically delivered within 7–8 business days after order confirmation.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery before accepting it to ensure that the product matches their order and meets their expectations.

Order Inspection

We offer free inspection upon delivery, allowing you to check your order before accepting it.

If you choose not to inspect your order upon delivery and accept it without a valid reason, any subsequent exchange request may not be free of charge.

If the customer was unable to inspect the order due to force majeure or circumstances beyond their control, a free exchange may be offered after reviewing the case and confirming that the request qualifies.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted in cases where:

• The product received differs from the original order.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

• The product does not meet the expected quality upon inspection.

If an exchange is requested after the order has been accepted without inspecting it, without a valid reason or circumstances beyond the customer's control, the exchange will not be free of charge, and the customer may be responsible for the applicable shipping and exchange costs.

For personalized products, customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of all names, logos, and customization details before the order is confirmed.
